How do I know if my tour or activity is confirmed?

When you finished the booking you will receive a booking confirmation. Within 24 hours you will receive the final voucher, which is your ticket for the tour or activity.

What if I want to cancel my tour of activity?

Our cancellation policy depends on the tour or activity. Most single tickets are open tickets, so if you can’t make it through illness, you can always try another day. First things first, if you need to cancel any of your bookings, contact us first and we will see what we can do. We always have our cancellation policy on our product page.

What if I’m late to my tour/activity?

Although we always try to find a fitting solution, participation or a refund is not guaranteed. We sometimes work with 3rd party companies that don’t allow latecomers to participate. We can however say that the earlier we know you’re running late, the bigger the chance is we can help you out.

Where can I find your office?

Our office is located on Singel 372 in the centre of Amsterdam. We are located 2 minutes walking from tram stop Spui or Rokin. From Central station you can take tram 1, 2 or 5. On foot just follow the canal. Please bear in mind not all tours will start from our office.

With Laidback Tours we prefer showing visitors the real Amsterdam instead of common tourist traps. We will not rest until you experienced this beautiful city till it’s fullest potential.

What do I need to bring to my tour/activity?

Although this depends on the tour, we would always advice to bring identification and a camera. If specific items are necessary to bring it will be stated under ‘what to bring’ in our web shop.
